I often meet a friend there for Sunday lunch. I'm a vegetarian and their nut roast is delicious. Staff are friendly and can't fault the service. They have a large garden and pets are welcome. Sometimes I feel its a bit "too busy" - but...More

Went to the Iron Duke, dinner for four - friendly welcome, attentive front of house and superb food and portion sizes, reccommend the baked camembert whilst you choose a main, thoroughly enjoyable and faultless in all respects

A fabulous country pub. The welcoming staff were attentive and friendly - with the ‘pet’ robin that flew in a seasonal bonus! The food was excellent, the fish pie in particular something I’ll be back for - soon!
