We visited the Trout with friends, service was great made to feel welcome, the tables by the river were wonderful. Food was good, well presented and I thought good value for money as we had the special 3 course set meal. A nice day experience.

Had a lovely evening in this gastro pub but be sure to book a table as it is very busy. Apparently where Morse and Lewis had their last drink together according to the wife! Food was lovely too.

This oldie worldy restaurant pub is idyllically located on the river. It's more of a restaurant than a pub and definitely pulls the crowd. We visited on a Saturday evening and although we hadn't booked they had plenty of room on the terrace overlooking the...More
