I'd ordered a cake online and had accidentally booked it for the wrong date and needed it for the next day!! Cristina was incredibly helpful and gave me lots of different options to find a solution. It was very definitely my error when booking but she really did everything she could and I left very relieved, happy and planning to... More

We visited Oxford on bank holiday Monday. We chose this quaint cafe thinking we would get good service and food, this was not the case. Customer service terrible with rude staff who really couldn't care less and poor food. Very disappointed indeed , shall never return.

Sat down, ordered afternoon tea. Were then told to move tables so we could have it. Tea arrived few mins later - the afternoon tea did not materialise for another 45 MINUTES, despite our waitress serving other families their afternoon teas and cakes that came in after us! Made eye contact with her several times and she still ignored us.... More

Oh my word, I am shocked. Staff were unpleasant, there weren't even any glasses so I couldn't have anything to drink. Nothing more to say, will not be back.

I went today to get a birthday cake for my husband's 40th. Cake looked amazing so I have decided to buy it. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right size boxes so Cristina decided to go and get a box from the back. She came back with the dirty box which wasn't from the cake I just paid for! She very... Went for brunch on Saturday and there were friendly staff. I must admit we did need to wait for a very long time for EVERYTHING. To order, to get food (specifically), to pay. It was just a long process. Food was satisfactory with no complaints though. Will go again and give it a try but service was off putting.

No orange juice, no croissants, no waffles - asked for mushrooms on toast and was served a sandwich with undercooked mushrooms in it. We have been here before and enjoyed but this time were disappointed, will go along a bit further to Paul next time we are in Oxford

We had a groupon voucher for Afternoon Tea - we first went to the one in Debenhams. They told us they had run out so called the nearest one to see if they had any left, they said that they did so we walked about 15 mins to the. Next branch. It took around 10 mins to get seated (... More

We had breakfast here but I asked for fried egg and bacon with toast and got a very dull scrambled egg and toast and my husband had the full english breakfast which was not freshly cooked. I think afternoon tea would be better here

Use these on a regular basis when we find one. Diet breaking cakes & coffees to be enjoyed. Sadly this one seemed understaffed as we had to wait a while for the table to be cleared and order taken. However the girl serving was polite & apologetic and 10/10 for her customer service/approach. Would give it another try though

Thank Andy B
