Maybe had an off day as it was a Bank Holiday. Expected better, busier and a more full filling evening. Left hungry, let down and lighter in the pocket after a less than perfect family meal. P.S. Avoid the sangria!

I was expecting good food but was really pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian options we had, the portions were generous without being overbearing so we had the chance to eat almost everything we ordered. The discovery of a new rum Koko Kanu was worth the visit in itself - I would go back just for that! Service was... More

Thank you for a fabulous party yesterday to celebrate our son's wedding. The food was great and so was the service. You looked after us all really well. Thanks again.

We fancied tapas on our trip to Oxford so we headed to this place at about 9.30pm. We hadn't booked but were seated quickly as there was only two of us and it was midweek. We were told to order two dishes each, but as we were quite hungry we ordered 5, which was a good amount. We had patatas... More

In short, very good. We arrived at about 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and there was loads of space. Not empty, about 6 or 7 tables full, including a table of 3 students beside us at the back that were obviously enjoying life and their joy added something to the happy atmosphere. The waiting staff were pleasant and efficient enough... More

We chose from a lengthy list of selections, 6 tapas for 4 people. However, I had to locate staff to come and order more bread. The Jamón serrano turned up and looked lonely on a board without bread. The waiters were quite distant and inexperienced with the hospitality I felt. But the food- 'Delicious' Bread and garlic tomato spread, followed by... More

Good service, really tasty tapas, Fab aoili (couldn't get enough of that with the fresh bread- yummy!). Lots of garlic which I love but others probably didn't appreciate me the next day! Nice place for casual eats..lively atmosphere. Perfect place for our small hen do evening. Will be back here soon with the other half. Recommended!

We went there on a Friday night. The atmosphere is nice, service was friendly and fast. The portions were pretty abundant except for the garlic prawns (only 4). However, the quality of the food was very good. I would recommend the lentils with chorizo, padron peppers, layed potatoes with goat cheese. We have had better tapas before but would recommend... Trudging around Oxford in the cold on a busy saturday, we really struggled to find anywhere to eat in the centre that wasn't a bit naff or a chain. Walking a little further out of the centre, Little Clarendon Street is a bustling little street full of restaurants and bars - notable amongst them is Al-Andalus, one of the best... More
