The service and the food here was good - everything you would expect from Zizzi. The kids menu is good value as they get a starter, main, pud and chocolate drink at the end of the meal. Good location and nice atmosphere

I was there on Saturday. Luckily, this restaurant was empty, only several tables were reserved. Waiters were very polite. I ate delicious skinny pollo pizza. There were only 520 calories. It was so delicious.

Having had a great meal in other Zizzi restaurants we decided to eat here for a nice meal, only to have a plate of disappointment served. Service was slow, and the staff didn't want to seem to take the food to the tables, we were seated near the kite hen and could see many plate of food left as staff... More

I have eaten at Zizzi several times but it was my first time here. To be fair, the food was very good and we thought there was a nice ambience to the place. We ordered straight away and the starters arrived about 20 minutes later. However, the time between the starters being cleared and the main course arriving was about... More

Bad pizza, empty?pizza, long waiting, expensive. The staff didn't care when I complained that the pizza was very bad so even if you give your feedback don't expect reactions !

been here many times, with friends, family and kids - they always find us the best available table, the waiters are all very polite, however it’s always very hard to grab their attention. they offer generous portions, the pizza is excellent and the pasta dishes make you want to eat more, even when you can’t.

My fiancé and I visited this restaurant on Saturday night and were really disappointed. We were not served very quickly despite the restaurant not being full on a Saturday evening. We had the special starter of melted mozzarella and pepper pesto crocchettes. Despite the Zizzi website stating that we do not serve scrimpy portions we had two very small crochettes... More

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Located on busy George Street, Zizzi Oxford is close to the bus and railway stations in the centre of town and in the heart of the theatre and cinema district. The restaurant itself is heavily influenced by local legend C.S. Lewis, writer of one of the most popular books of all time, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Silver birch trees referencing the forest scenes from the book and lighting features alluding to the snow drops in Narnia welcome diners. So, whether it's for a business meeting, a family get-together, a party or a romantic meal, the team at Zizzi in Oxford looks forward to your visit. And if you’re celebrating something special, see if our private dining area is right for you.
