Just enjoyed a Midweek Brunch with my best friend Pam, regular visitor to the Pig & Pastry & never disappoints. Great food & lovely atmosphere- definitely worth a visit 😊

Lovely fresh and healthy food options with great names eg the Corbyn . We also enjoyed the breakfast burger and eggs Royale with good fresh coffee.

Beautiful breakfast, menu had good vegetarian options as well. Could not fault anything. Don’t miss out us you ever visit York.

There is a small pay & display car park adjacent to the greengrocer next door to The Pig. Also free street bay parking - one hour max in the street behind the shops

We're just a little family run local cafe We're only small, but if you don't mind sharing a table, there's room for everyone We don't have table service and we don't have paper menus. (our menus are written up on the wall and they change regularly) The kitchen closes at 3pm, but you can still get coffee and cake after this time We are not part of a chain, there is no CEO creaming off the profits.
