Been 2/3 times and found it good value for the lunch time, adequate servings and tasty. Staff need to be a little more friendly.

My husband and I shared the set meal for two. The food was very good as was the atmosphere and service. Been before and would go again.
The food at Maxis is always very good - can't think of anywhere better in York. The service ranges from average to excellent, but when the restaurant is busy you can end up waiting.
