Took steam train to Whitby just to get some fish and chips. Walked across the bridge to Robertsons. We were not disappointed. Very good and value for money.

Beautiful batter and reasonably priced for a restaurant near the harbour. The service was good and staff friendly and helpful. Would have loved to have tried a pudding but was too stuffed from the 1st course. Plates come well overflowing.

When I stop to consider writing that title I'm quite happy with stating this, the staff were so friendly, the food was delicious and tasty and everything was perfect, the prices were reasonable and I'll be definitely returning here.

The que was not as long this time so stopped here for fish and chips takeaway. Good size potions and prices were similar to all the others. But there are so many it's worth trying others.
