Having spent 15 minutes queuing to be told there would be a one hour wait for a table at Padella we gave up and stuck our noses into Brindisa. We were seated within 10 seconds and already feeling much better. Even on Sunday night at...More

Unfortunately we didn't eat because there are 2 managers and each one is working separete from the other one, so not putting fair attention to the customers, so one promised a table and the other one give it away to a bigger group arrived 15min...More

Loved this place. It was buzzing with atmosphere and the wine and food did not disappoint. We chose 6 dishes, ranging from squid with black rice (our favourite, such a surprise), patatas bravado, prawns, pimentos, chorizo, and a bread dish. Everything was an absolute treat,...More

Brilliant for buying Calasparra rice, grown in Spain. Also topped up on other paella ingredients including saffron and hot smoked paprika. Sell Spanish salted almonds, etc. Well worth a visit if you like Spanish cooking.

The food was really good and didn't know what to pick. The chorizo was amazing, the patatas perfect and the rioja really good. The staff was really polite and didn't rush you to leave even though there was a waiting line. The only problem was...More

Nice little tapas restaurant right on the edge of Borough Market. Busy even early on a Tuesday evening but they found us a table for two. Tasty tapas - one of their daily specials (John Dory) - was particularly good if a bit expensive. Others...More

Been a few years since I have been to Brindisa at London Bridge and what a let down it was. The food was shockingly bad and portions so small it was a joke. £12 for two of the most tasteless smallest lamb chops I’ve seen...More

Love this restaurant! My favorite item on the menu is Pan de Coca. Melts in your mouth. I’ve yet to have something from here I️ didn’t love.

Thank you so much Whitney, we are delighted!

Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard,
the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond
any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some
time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved
browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street,
foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old
foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks
of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest

Don't know. I never pay for bread in a restaurant as I expect it to be free as in France.
