They charged more than was in website and the prawn toast was burned. Besides, in the website is they close 11pm but when you're they say it close 10:30 and sometimes 10. Horrible. I'll never comeback there.

We had a nice meal whilst staying in London for the weekend. The food was nice and plenty of it and the service was also good. The restaurant itself is ok but it was very cold particularly when people are leaving. We asked to move tables as did another couple but it was still not quite warm enough.

Popped in as a group of four last night for dinner and we all really enjoyed it. We were the only people in the restaurant but a few people came in and out for takeaways which gave us a great impression on how popular they are. Starters were delicious, as good as I remember from eating in Bangkok and my... More

Stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant with fantastic service and delicious food. Had the yummy ribs for a starter and grilled king prawns with red curry , both excellent. Great portion sizes, great flavour, great service and good prices. Can strongly recommend this lovely restaurant!

Visited this restaurant last night. It was quite busy with a large party, but the restaurant was no where near full capacity. I waited for over an hour to be served any food. When I eventually asked where my food was the waitress said that it hadn't even been cooked yet. It was 9:30 and we were starving so had... More

Prices are quite low in a beatiful very clean and nice restaurant. We have enjoyed a very good meal, thai curry was delicious as all the rest. We loved the coconut rice and the noodles. They are really nice to children. A good recommendation.

Visited this restaurant with family - staff friendly but appalling service. We had three starters and six main dishes - myself and two others opted for a starter as a main course. The food arrived in a very haphazard fashion. The staff appeared to bring different dishes out for different tables, I don't think one table was served in one... More

We went there as a family on a Sunday evening in May 2016. The starters were good - Tom Yum, Tom Kha, Chicken Satay and Prawn Toast. However, the main courses were disappointing. The green curry was way too over spiced, and the pad kra po was not very flavourful. The pad thai also was a bit disappointing with mixed... More

Served Raw chicken. We returned the meal and they made us pay for the wine. Very little in the way of an apology too. Bit of a shame as the food seemed nice.

Lovely standard food served in a no-fuss way with special attention for the kids. Dim sum, noodles, pad thai, tom yum soup all the usual suspects in good shape and with timely delivery.

The name may suggest we are Crazy "Ting Tong" rest assured we are not, I am Stuart owner and lover of Thai food, having travelled to Thailand numerous times over the last 20 years and fallen in love with the culture and the food that plays such a big part in Thai peoples every day life. A Thai restaurant has stood here on Acton Hill for the last 15 years, Ting Tong Thai was born in June 2014 with the objective to reinvigorate the restaurant and have the Best Authentic Thai restaurant in West London, to enable this to happen we needed to find the best Thai staff we could find in London. Our Kitchen Our Head Chef Suchila , we call her the "Food Scientist" born and raised in Bangkok, she moved to London over 25 years ago after honing her skills in Bangkok kitchens. Suchila has spent the last 10 years working for the Sir Terrance Conran group of restaurants working as Celebrity Chef John Torode's assistant at Mezzo Soho including other Head Chef posts at Bar and Grill Regents Street and the famous Bluebird restaurant on the Kings Road, Fulham. So we can be rest assured you are not going to taste Good Honest Thai food anywhere better in London. Front of House Restaurant manager Nok who has just returned from Koh Samui Thailand where for the last 10 years she has managed a 5 Star Boutique resort looking after the most demanding of guests, to describe Nok... If Mother Earth was a waitress she would be Nok! She has a warm welcoming personality and knows what you want before you do, be assured Nok will look after your every need. The Food It's quite simple in Thailand, the food is in the DNA of each and every Thai person, their society revolves around food and sharing it with each other and strangers alike. A Thai person is never happier when they are preparing and cooking food, it is a bit like the precise ingredients that go into making the delicious flavours in each and every Thai dish. If the team isn't correct then you often find the food isn¹t that good, here at Ting Tong Thai we have invested heavily in ensuring each and every ingredient is right from Suchila to Nok to the food. We quite simply have one of the best Thai Chefs in London and Mother Earth Nok looking after you out front. Go on give us a try, we will not disappoint.
