Restaurant was nearly empty but refused to seat us till everyone arrives even though we said we could order 1st. Finally seated after 15mins. Ordered 1 Roast duck, Kailan stir fried w garlic &... This is a very good Chinese restaurant but let down by the staff, they were not on the ball at all, I ordered a bottle of wine and they bought to glasses of wine instead, the starters arrived 10 minute's apart, then the main course arrived before we finished the starters, I asked for another glass of wine which was... A very good meal. The roast duck was very good, and complimented by noodles and sweet and sour pork. Egg fried rice might be simple, but tasted superb. We had the combination starter, which was one of the best we have tasted. If you get time, do go. We went on a March Tuesday evening and had to wait for... More

I usually buy takeaway from this restaurant. Yesterday was our first experience dining in experience and I have to say it is probably one of the worst restaurants we have ever been to. Not only they don't provide high chair for small children, waiters/waitress are so rude (I suspect they become very arrogant from doing well with Asian tourists) that... More

I really loved the food I had at this very basic, crammed place. Food is authentic, delicious, tasty, the whole atmosphere is very Chinese as the majority of the people sitting at the tables. The service is a no-frills, efficient, fast one. The roasted duck is mouth-watering. 25£per person roughly but we went out we were superfull!!!!

Food was excellent as was the service. Best Chinese restaurant I have been too for a long while. From the street it looked like the ones I remember from Hong Kong with the cooked meat hanging in the front window. Could be off putting for the uninitiated. But the food was very nice and very fast.

I had the chicken and corn soup - which was a good helping and good temperature. It tasted ok - just needed a bit more taste. Maybe they are very salt sensitive in the restaurant because everything seemed to need a bit of seasoning to liven it up. Followed up with Kung Pao chicken - which was very average -... More

Went for the famed Roast Duck...it was ok-really nothing exceptional-the rest of the choices were equally average-the staff from the (non) welcome, service was grim, rude and offhand-would not recommend-the new fortune cookie up near Queensway station is far better choice.
