Used to come here for their affordable business lunch every once in a while when I still lived in London. Glad to say the service and quality of the food has remained consistent at a high level. We had the lamb sweetbreads and asparagus with...More

Went there for dinner with my wife and two little boys. The kitchen made some delicious food for the kids - even had to order extra. My wife and I also had a great time - all courses were excellent! The lamb main, in particular,...More

The menu consisted of simple dishes of good ingredients cooked with great care. My grilled octopus starter was tender and smoky from the grill accompanied by a well judged aioli. The main course was fillet of cod with mussels in a curry sauce. The cod...More

The a la carte menu is not exhaustive and concentrates on delivering well known popular dishes with panache. The entree's were all my favourites, so I decided to have three of them and forgo a main course. I started with sweetbreads that had been correctly...More

This was my second visit after a very long (too long) time. Attentive service, interspersed with gentle "table touching" from the Manager, and wonderfully simple (a compliment, but a chef may be insulted!) tasty food. Recommend the Lancashire duck for two - a nice touch...More
