I came here with my parents for Mother's Day, and they were greeted by a Vanessa (we later found out her name) who was extremely rude and unwelcoming and simply told them to go downstairs. We had our meal which was very slow... we waited over an hour and a half for our main. This is understandable given the day,... More

This is a very grown up restaurant. I wouldn't take children! It has a great atmosphere, but definitely a grown up one. Both upstairs and downstairs rooms are beautiful. The staff were lovely this time (although about five years ago, some of the then staff were very rude to myself and my family, to the extent that I didn't go... More

Food was superb, staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure you book in advance as understandably the place gets very busy. The fillet steak was out of this world!!

I'm a local and I do high recommend the place if you are looking for a nice steak and a good wine, the service is great, it is a very small place, so it is good to keep in mind that if go over the weekend it is going to be crazy busy, I recomend you to go during the... More

Great steak here guys. Me and the mrs, always have the black pudding starter. Quite simpley it is outstanding, rich meaty, so decadent. Steaks speak for themselves, good staff, great ambience. Book ahead, ask to sit upstairs, enjoy the views of the blackheath.you will love it....

Came last night for a special treat as it was our anniversary! Booked a table for 19.30 and was seated upstairs this time which was nice. Very busy restaurant, even on a Monday evening and it's obvious why. The service is attentive, just the right pace and friendly and the food is delicious! I had beef epanada starter, the boyfriend... We went to this restaurant with friends to celebrate a birthday. The staff were attentive and we had lovely food. It was a modern restaurant although querky different furniture. No table cloths - basic. Fun atmosphere. Will definitely be trying Buenos Aires nearer to our home. Definitely worth a visit for a night out.

This was my second visit, I'm never disappointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been to many steak restaurants and this is the best one in my opinion. We will be returning again very soon.

I'll keep this simple. Massively disappointing. I was hoping for a romantic meal, nice atmosphere and good food. Given the amount we paid that night for wine, starters and steaks you'd hope for that at least. Upon arrival we were told our reserved table wasn't ready so come back in 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!!😳. It had been booked for over... More
