Seven of us met up for lunch - we all came from different parts of the country. Staff did not mind that lunch was held up as a couple of people were late arriving. The food was very good value for money. We all had the 3 course set lunch. Portions were a good size, choice on the menu was... More

Made a reservation for 6 the table was so small it was ridiculous. The restaurant was so loud I could not hear my friends speak. Also what a mission to get to the toilets, you have to walk though the kitchen. The food is tasty. I had the lamb. I won't return

My husband and I had the set 3 course lunch which was very good and excellent value for money. The desserts are very reasonably priced even on al a carte at £3. I had tiramisu which was very good considering the restaurant is French, not Italian. My husband had Creme Brûlée which was light and crisp on top. For perfection,... More

Gem of a French restaurant next door to Tesco's in Dean Street. Dropped in late for lunch on New Years Day to find that they had a fixed price menu until 3.30 pm and what a lunch it was. We had an onion soup and Confit of Duck with Lentils and cabbage - ithey were both hearty and very well... More

This little French Restaurant was chosen due to it's closeness to the theater where we watched the matinee performance of the Jersey Boys and of course recommendation on TA! We were not disappointed, arrived just in time for the set menu which was delicious Mussels in a garlic butter followed by sea bass, my wife had the duck. Finished with... More

We came here on a Saturday evening at 7pm and we were able to book it earlier in the day without any problems. I assumed that it wouldn't be very busy but when we arrived the place was packed! We have been to the one in Oxford before and both have the same French decor that feels really homely. It... More

I took 11 here for dinner, everyone of them absolutely loved the food, and those that had the steak including me all said without hesitation that it was the best steak we have had.

Had an early supper here before going out in Soho, what a pleasant suprise in Central London! Romantic, friendly, great food and service (I recommend the steak tartare) and reasonable prices. It's a small place and was busy but not offensively so. Will definitely be returning, a real hidden gem at the bottom of Dean St.

Thank clefty

Pierre Victoire Bistro has been established as one of Soho's most charming French restaurants since opening its doors to London in 1998. The classic French Bistro style décor complete with an eclectic collection of art pieces and chalkboards detailing the daily specials sets an inviting scene in which to enjoy a fabulous and very affordable French meal. Set menus are a prominent feature of this great little restaurant where a two course set lunch will set you back just £9.90 and the two course evening meal is a steal at just £12.90, both with plenty to choose from. Enjoy the restaurant's famous Steak & Frites as well as a wide range of fresh fish and seafood. The menus are changed regularly so there is always a delightful surprise waiting. Lunch times are ideal for an informal business lunch or just a long lazy afternoon with friends. In the evenings the restaurant is transformed into to a romantic restaurant where customers dine over candle light to music from one of the rather eccentric and charming pianists when it takes their fancy! The intimate basement lounge is available for exclusive hire at no further cost and can be styled to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 25.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
