Stopped here with two teen grandchildren, thought they would enjoy the beautiful pastries. Unfortunately, not as good as some of the other shops. Strawberry tart was so hard, could not bite or cut the dough, staff was pleasant and attentive, but food did not not live...More

I would give them a minus rating! Ruined my wedding day theme. Staff not competent to take orders. Promised delivery, waited for hours no delivery, couldn’t even get the wedding cake ribbon color right! Had to even spell out the word “weds” total mess of...More

We recently popped in to this branch during a family trip to London during the rain. When we walked in, no one greeted us and we stood waiting, adhering to the “ please wait here to be seated” sign. Eventually a man told us to...More

After almost 20 minutes of waiting to order. And actually asking 2 members of staff to take order gave up. They even had the cheek to give us a funny look because we put coats back on. No attempt to save it, even told manager...More

I can't find this to give it a review all of its own on TripAdvisor, so using incorrect address. However, the staff here were excellent and the two course "Winter Warmer" meal was delicious. We stayed at a top hotel on Park Lane the same...More

I don't think you can book. Get there a bit earlier and be prepared to queue for a table. The cream teas are very good and this is a nice cafe but gets very busy.
