We hadn't been to this restaurant for a good few years and went last night. The restaurant needs a make over, the food was lovely, make sure you have wet ones with you, you will use loads!. The staff are lovely amd friendly. We were sitting at the back of the restaurant, we thought it too claustrophobic and it got... More

Went there for dinner in February 2017. The atmosphere and staff are unbelievable friendly and welcoming. We had that set menu and the food was very very good. I'm new to eritrean/ethiopian food though, so I can´t judge how it compares. In sum, I can´t recommend this place enough.

You're made to feel at home from the moment you walk in. The food is excellent and the service is brilliant. Qategna is my fav starter, Special Kitfo or Quanta Fitfit to follow. Delicious!

Service was excellent. The owner made us feel very welcome and even greeted us in our language(both German amnd Greek!). Spent time explaining the menu options and a small history lesson. Food was great and at reasonable prices. All three courses (both for vegetarian dishes and not) were amazing. Highly recommended.

We had the Masawa sharing platter which consisted of a selection of starters of spinach rolls, lentils rolls and falafels. Unfortunately the falafels were cut up which was a bit deceiving and also they didn't let us swap the falefels with samosas so we ordered the samosas at an extra cost and they were very small. The Masawa main course... More

I took my best and oldest friend here, a stranger to the capital, hoping to give him a unique and memorable experience to take back home; my partner came too. It was the right decision. On a cold Monday night in February we got the warmest possible welcome at Mosob - the staff were friendly and happy, and enjoyed explaining... More

The setting/seating isn't particularly atmospheric but the staff are very attentive and keen to give a good experience of their lovely food. Beware of the rolls for starters - they are delicious but filling and I would advise sharing one between two. The menu offers a good range from meaty to vegan and everyone I went with enjoyed their meal.... More

Last month, I organised a Christmas party at Mosob and I'm so glad that I used this venue to hold my event. I've been a customer at Mosob a couple of times over the years so I knew this family-run restaurant for its fresh, tasty Eritrean cooking and relaxed and fun atmosphere. Communication with the restaurant was great from the... More
