Went for late breakfast. Made to wait considerable time at reception whilst several large and self important groups were sorted out. No apology. Once at table the service didn't improve, our waiter had a charm bypass and we felt he was doing us a favour...More

Breakfast today was not quite of the standard we have come to expect. Waiters were not attentive, we had to ask for water and brown sauce these items were not offered. Husbands coffee was cold as were my fish cakes with poached eggs. All food...More

My daughter chose our High Tea experience at the Wolseley because it was not the High Price experience advertised at the Ritz across the street. It was lovely, loud, and full of happy diners enjoying exquisite sweets, fabulous little sandwiches, and the cutest cutlery ever....More

Friends booked Dinner for 19:30hrs. on Saturday19th May. Lovely decor. Very busy, had to wait for our table. No refreshments offered. All main courses badly presented and tasteless.Seemed to be thrown onto the plate. Sat near Staff station and it seemed that the junior staff...More

I can't write a review of this restaurant's cuisine because we never got further than just inside the front door. The room itself is stunningly beautiful but otherwise it was like entering the departures terminal at Gatwick on a Bank Holiday. A small queue of...More

This is the type of place we go to Europe for. We went here with in-laws during a recent trip to London because it is one of my mother in laws favorite places. The tiled floors, towering ceilings with fabulous chandeliers and floor to ceiling...More

Have frequented The Wolseley often since living in London and I love it. It's got a great atmosphere - not pretentious but still very special. The mulligatawny soup is to die for as is their afternoon tea. Definitely recommend for a family lunch or taking...More

Set beside some of London's best parks and home to
world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed
thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of
London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is
haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is
vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic
streets will reveal that Michelin stars and
chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even

Not obligatory but this is a venue where you would look out of place in jeans and trainers. Smart casual I would say with or without a jacket. Hope this helps.
