We arrived at the restaurant a bit early, so, we went down to the bar for a pre dinner drink and a chat. Very prompt and polite service. Then, we went to the restaurant, again very attentive reception. There was no delay in getting us seated and after a suitable time they came to take our order. As our package... More

My wife and I had lunch today at the Winter Garden at the Landmark Hotel and - on a nice sunny day such as today - there are few better settings in London for lunch. This was matched by the lunch itself (the 3-course set menu at £38 per head including a glass of champagne represents excellent value for money)... More

I went to the Landmark as a special treat to celebrate my birthday. I've been lucky enough to experience a few different brunch's and afternoon teas in London and I have to say that this is the best yet. Yes it is expensive but the food, the service and the setting is phenomenal, well presented and well served it's definitely... More

I took my partner for a Birthday lunch at The Winter Garden restaurant in The Landmark Hotel and I must say what a lovely time we both had, the staff were very attentive and polite at all times. We arrived about 20 minutes early but were told that this was not a problem and were shown to our table, we... More

We came here for the 3 course set menu for £38 which includes a glass of champagne. It was a Thursday evening but the restaurant was not particularly busy and therefore service, as expected, was phenomenal. I didn't feel rushed but I did feel valued and the waitresses were attentive. I had the sea trout to start, rib of beef... More

The Winter Garden is located in the stunning atrium of the Landmark London Hotel. Don’t let the fact it’s a hotel restaurant deter you from visiting. I passed by the afternoon tea service many times during my stays at Landmark and it looks delicious, but I’ve only eaten dinner there. The food is top-notch, but even better is the service.... More

We visited here as a group of 6 on a Friday evening for my sister in laws 30th birthday. It was a wonderful meal, all of us greatly enjoyed the set menu for £39 each. This included 3 courses and a glass of champagne which isn't cheap, but well worth it. Adding some extra wine in and some other drinks... More

Booked the table for a friend's surprise birthday at the Landmark as it was her favourite hotel. Booked online for lunch a week in advance at the Winter Garden. We were very lucky to get a table because it does fully booked, especially around big calendar events. I followed via email up to ensure our special dietary requirements could be... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
