I'm a regular at Tamarind Collection restaurants, Zaika is my favourite. Staff is extremely attentive and the food is always excellent.

Booked a table here as I was in Kensington for the weekend. The restaurant has a beautiful decor and its dimly lit which really sets the tone for the evening. The waiters are very Courteous and helpful with recommendations. The food was ok but I'm...More

Possibly the best Indian food I've ever had. Making a reservation is recommended, but walk in is often possible.

The ambience seemed good initially but the reception staff were not trained how to receive guests (at this price) and they looked inexperienced, lost and it certainly did not have the air of a reception at an equivalently priced international restaurant. For a start, The...More

A nice atmosphere, but not really true to its origin. The service was just OK, but food a bit bland. Not sure it all lived up to the decor which was quite elegant, but the patrons not. Would rather have some good food in a...More

We enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but for what we got, it seemed way overpriced. Of course, the establishment is located near Kensington and Knightsbridge, which are pricey areas.

Surprised at some of the negative reviews in TA we went back to Zaika and had another great meal. The place is beautiful with soaring ceilings and Indian portraits. The service is good if a bit rushed. The prices are fairly high but we emerged...More

We visited for a second time whilst back in London. Just like the first time we loved every part of our meal. The food, service and drinks were outstanding! Very impressive restaurant!

South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming

This is a high end Indian restaurant and priced accordingly. Yes it is expensive but it is not the same as the average high street Indian which you may find are more reasonably priced.

The name Zaika translates quite literally as sophisticated flavours and this is the ethos behind our innovating menu presenting adaptations of Indian food
