This place is head and shoulders above most of the restaurants in other parts of London, in particular China Town. The food is consistently top quality and the service is faultless. Easy to reach, a couple of minutes walk from Baker Street tube station. Not...More

Friendly atmosphere, good for families. Large restaurant with many tables but not crowded together so you can have a good talk. Food is not really Chinese, my friends from China confirmed my suspicion that it is a westernized version of the real thing. Especially disappointing...More

Went with a Chinese friend who frequented the restaurant. The waitress and waiters were friendly and helpful. Food was definitely catered for Chinese clientele. The ambience is as Chinese as you get with the decorations.

I must say I am very sceptical about Chinese restaurants with great interiours. My Chinese better half taught me that in good places Chinese focus on food, not presentaiton. But Phoenix Palace proved to be an exception to this rule. Interesting menu, including a few...More

Excellent service, Delicious food! We had the most satisfying meal during my London stay at this restaurant. The service was amazing and the dim sum was wonderful. We tried a couple different Chinese restaurants in London but this one was by far the most authentic...More

We have been going there for a long time, however the past two occasions have been awful. Yesterday, our waitress had dirty hands and black dirt under her fingernails. Absolutely disgusting. We stopped her serving us rice and complained to the manager. The prices are...More

Really enjoy going here. This is a close friend's favorite place. I love the food, the decor, size and service. The food is exceptional. They know how to do it right, all the class and style of central London. Go here, you will not be...More

Large room with a Chinese style decoration. Chinese team with a great manager. Many Chinese clients were there on a Sunday night, always a good indication. Large menu, making the choice difficult! Good selection of dim sum. I went for a lobster and hot and...More

Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods
cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience.
Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged
between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the
southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of
Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as
pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The
bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it

Yes. They are delicious. You'd be hard pushed to find a better restaurant for Chinese food.

I don't think so as you know majority of restaurant don't but if you ask, they might do it for you and also depend on what the dishes is. Dim Sum the pastry is made from rice. Good luck
