This is a lovely pub with really good food. The beer is excellent and the food delicious. Nice big tables inside and out. There were families there so it's family friendly. If you are in the area give it a go.

A busy Pub like restaurant, with traditional layout. We went as a group for Sunday lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the meal, good service and attentive staff. A lively place to eat and lots of atmosphere.

The De Beauvoir Arms (gastropub) has gone through many changes - and changes of owners- over the years. Formerly named Northgate, it was a dependable local pub and restaurant. Then it had a serious slump. The current owners and staff have got it right. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is warm and relaxed. Absolutely worth a visit.

Very nice corner pub, amazing quality food and wine, very cozy especially in the winter with the fire place. Slightly overpriced.

Have frequented this place since I moved to the area about a year ago. Good location, good selection of beers and great food. Outdoor space is also a plus

Stayed for weekend in a Boatel along the Regents Canal and were recommended this pub. Great welcome by the bar staff and throughout both our visits over the weekend. Went for lunch and shared some tapas which were lovely and tasty as recommended by the bar staff. Our 2nd visit with friends for dinner was also very good - we... More

Really disappointing roast shoulder of pork on Sunday: one big grey chewy lukewarm slice which was at least 1/3 fat and gristle, and everything else pretty average. I had to go and ask for the advertised crackling, which was not served, but was - to be fair - apologetically offered separately, though cold and extremely unappetising. The plum compote was...
