On a weekend break to London from “up North” my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a nice meal out. I have to say that I started off looking at the restaurants of the celebrity chefs but then came upon this restaurant. We...More

Wonderful food, atmosphere, and the highest level of service. It is a place I never tire of. It is not the cheapest of places, however in my opinion at Le Caprice it is worth ever penny.

A favorite of ours when we lived in London 20 years ago! We couldn't get a last minute Saturday evening table, so made a dinner reservation at the bar on Open Table. It was wonderful! Same great menu and delightful bartender. Lovely evening.

The service here is impeccable, especially if you go with a "regulare" diner. The food is always beautifully executed. I hadn't been in a few years, but the standards were just as high and everything was kept up to date, as brighly polished as ever.

An oldie but a goodie. Just down the road from The London Ritz, Le Caprice is old school quality service and food. Clearly a pecking order for priority tables, regulars tucked away in cosy corners, or by the window. Stylish decor. Excellent menu and wine...More

This restaurant manages to create a fab vibe without it being overpowering. The scallops were gorgeous, and then the main courses the men had the steak - huge steaks and excellently cooked. I had the fish curry, which I would say was pleasant and my...More

St. James's
Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII,
the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier
destination for high end craft and bespoke design.
Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which
indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the
establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during
a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s
Park. With the brightly lit and constantly buzzing

There is a modest area inside the restaurant and a good number of tables alfresco. I am sure that if you ask to reserve an area they would consider it given enough notice
