A small restaurant serving Japanese based foods. Cheap and always busy, which must be a good sign Helpful and friendly staff The food came quickly and in big portions too. I had Vegetable Tempura, which had a very light batter and was cooked to perfection. Followed by Chicken Katsu Curry - a generous breaded breast of chicken with rice and... More

Small space, lots of people, tons of food options... fantastic. The place was so busy we stood in a queue for 15-minutes down the side of the restaurant, and actually ordered our food while waiting in line. I loved this. It meant that our food hit the table right about when we sat down. Great! Loved the tempura vegetables, and... More

Great spot if you're looking for a place to have some nice Japanese food in ChinaTown! Portions are generous, food is yummy, and it comes out very quickly from the kitchen. Don't expect a fancy, posh restaurant - it's a great cheap, no frills restaurant. I've been there a few times and i'm surely going back again!

Great japanese food with great value. You can get a teriyaki chicken with rice for £6. Great place to go for a budget meal in London.

Speedy service as always. Big portion for its price! My favourite was the hamburger rice but unfortunately is not on the menu anymore. Definitely somewhere to go if you want affordable, stomach-filling, affordable JP food.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
