When in London, I always stop I hereto buy a loaf of delicious dark rye bread - dense and crusty - as it should be. They also make great cookies/biscuits.

It was such a tiny bakery. We wanted to take some cakes with us but it wasn't really clear we had to take the cakes ourselves or not. The staff looked a bit surprised that we had taken some cakes but if they place them...More

Stumbled on this place by accident on the way to ROH. Cosy and friendly, with cakes as good as any in Vienna or Budapest, or dare I say better? Pretty good value for money as well.

This is the best Swedish cafe/bakery in London. I am a frequent visitor to Sweden particularly Stockholm and the food here mirrors and in some cases is better then what we find whilst in Stockholm. Bageriet is a little gem hidden down a side street...More

This marks my second visit to Bageriet! I was excited to return after such a positive experience the first time, and although I couldn't stay to enjoy a cake in the cafe on this occasion I was still eager to take away something for later!...More

Don’t miss this excellent place. The food is made on the premises and therefore wonderfully fresh. I’ll certainly be back.

After visiting Stockholm I was missing lush the princess cake from Vete-Katten. Luckily Bageriet is close by and I was able to get my fix. The cakes/breads are authentic and fresh. The bakery is very quaint and lovely. A must if you love Swedish treats.
