Great little pub a convenient 15 minute stumble back to Waterloo (or 5 minutes if you take the Tube from Charing Cross opposite). Great beer with many cask ales on tap at any one time. Almost always rammed, and very male orientated - food is limited to crisps and excellent pork scratchings. If it's not raining you can escape into... More

My wife and I were joined by my brother and his girlfriend for a trip into London, and after a visit to the national gallery we went to the Harp. It's only a short walk from trafalgar square, so it was convenient. It's walls are adorned with multiple good pub awards, so expectations were high. On a Saturday afternoon it... More

Wide range of beers. Nothing special and more than an English pub. I think, place is just famous for having a good reputation in Tripadvisor site. Stand in front of the bar and sip cold beer on the street? Maybe yes, maybe no. Up to your mood.

Great beer, excellent service, noise comes from customers talking and not loud music. Most of the crowd is local and it offers the best beer in the area. Highly recommended - my favorite pub in Central London.

Stopped in here for a few pints. It was packed. We found a little spot along the wall and posted up. Really busy environment - little seating, no food - not a bad thing at all! Lots of options for beer and cider!

This is a great but rather small pub and since Fullers took it over they haven't ruined it. Some minor changes but the soul is still there. The staff are legendary for serving with such efficiency and friendliness despite the small bar space! In the busy peak times ( e.g. after work time) it is very busy but sometimes it... More

If you can get in or to the bar for a drink, this is a great pub to spend a few minutes / hours. Beer was very agreeable (HopHead) and service efficient. Also quite cheap for central London - £4.10 a pint.

Came here after reading the reviews and realizing it was around the corner from our hotel. The pub is authentic and fit the bill perfectly. We didn't eat, but had a few pints and enjoyed our surroundings. I would definitely come here again.

Always a large selection of perfectly kept beers. Good to drink outside in the summer and cozy room upstairs. No food which is a good thing for those wanting to enjoy beers in a great London boozer.
