The spanish waitress Ursula was really kind, friendly and professional she gave us some good recomendations that help us to order so thanks a... More

It isn't often that you discover exceptional service in London. When you do, it's worth writing about. Tonight we were served by a particularly attentive, friendly, and informative waitress, Ursula. Not only were Ursula's menu recommendations superb (She was very honest), but she kept an eye on our drinks whilst being run off her feet! The food here is great,... More

This is the 3rd time I've been here. The other 2 times were much better. I'm not sure what happened this time. The meal was 50% great, and 50% NOT. The starters were very good - inventive, beautifully cooked. The main courses were a real disappointment - the meat was very tough and fatty. The vegetable dish was dried-out and... More

Dear Charles Thank you for taking the time to write and I am sorry to hear that your experience was one of two halves. Did you mention that you were disappointed to any of the Management team on duty because we would have been more than happy to offer alternative suggestions and alternative dishes. No trouble at all. We came here for the 8 courses, cocktail menu for £26. It meant we had to do no menu selection but plate after plate of great food came out. The flavours of the all dishes was exceptional and I'd say this was one of the best meals I've had in London.

We'd heard good things about the Cinnamon restaurants and our Cinnamon Soho booking certainly proved a major highlight of a short stay in London. On arrival the two floor restaurant was buzzing with a cosmopolitan clientele. Crab and Curry Leaf Balls, Lamb Shammi Kebab and Chana masala humus were all excellent starters, paving the way for sensational main dishes. Succulent... More

We always have to try out Indian food wherever we travel. We ended up in Cinnamon after having a look in the reviews on Internet. The location of the restaurant is perfect and a good way to finish after your shopping day. As you get into the restaurant, you can feel a great atmosphere in a very busy restaurant. Authentic,... As this place has mixed reviews I decided to give it a go while in the area to get something different from the standard Indian fare. We were in the lower ground room, very noisy and without any atmosphere, but the real disappointment was that most dishes could have been nice if the balance of spices had been mastered. I... More

I visited Cinammon Soho with some friends on a Friday evening. Please note that you will have to provide card details to be able to book a table, but money isn’t taken and it is to ensure that people will show up. We promptly got a table, even we arrived 30min late. Later on, as we didn’t like the location,... More

Visited many times and recommended to many but saddened and disappointed at visit this evening. Not only had the restaurant lost any ambience, the food was of poor quality. My butter chicken tasted like it was cooked in a tin of Heinz tomato soup and coloured to match! Have always enjoyed our meals here before but this felt like a... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
