This is an amazing Chinese restaurant hidden on finchley Road where you wouldn't expect to find a place of this quality. From the outside it looks fairly average but their food is generally top notch. Try the BBQ, and also the fish in chilli oil.

Love their food. Prices are reasonable and service was very nice. I've eaten there every time I came to visit my bf who lives right across.

Famous sichuan dishes lack the flavour, take for example Boiled Fish–Shui Zhu Yu, which was what we ordered among other dishes. There was no flavour at all, it was simply boiled fish in oil with some beans sprouts in it. We were taking the fish pieces out and dipping it inside other dishes. We ordered around 8 dishes and 2... Can't say I enjoyed the food here as it is totally overpowered by salt and sugar. Very difficult to get any flavour sadly. This was my second visit here.

Went here with my gf on Friday after work, having walked past it many times the past few years and never going in. Was about as impressed as i have beeen with any 1st visit to a restaurant in this area. All felt very authentic and there was a large menu to pick through with all the standard dishes (and... More

We eat here all the time and the quality is consistent and extremely good. As it's northern Chinese cooking it is spicy so watch out if you don't like spicy food.

I have been visiting this restaurant for years now. Having previously lived in Northern China, this is as close to authentic mainland Chinese food as you can find in London. Chef Jing has cooked Sichuanese and Henanese specialities in numerous restaurants around China. I was so happy to find a place in London which served local dishes such as hui... More

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but the food quality recently has become terrible. I did not want to write this review, however I was served inedible food three time in a row. Today I paid £15.30 for a lunch I could not eat because the food was far too salty and the meat had... More

I have been there for many times. Usually go there on my own but sometimes go there with my friend. Special fried rice is my favourite cuisine in this restaurant and it tastes properly. I guess it might be authentic to the people who are from Szechuan, but most cuisines of them are a little bit too salty and greasy... More

Had a late dinner here, really comprehensive menu and friendly staff (a bit cold to start with but really chatty and friendly in the end). I ordered a starter, main and noodles, which all came at the same time. This was a but frustrating, but I'll know for next time. I've had that happen before in Hong Kong. The food... More
