I've visited the Lowndes branch of Pierre Herme a handful of time, and have yet to be disappointed. The staff are helpful and knowledge, and the macarons themselves are divine. As others have stated, their not cheap, but they are most definitely worth it. If you only try one Macaron, make it the Mogador (Passionfruit & Chocolate) - it's a... More

I live a few hundred yards from this shop and see it every time I pass by for shopping at Waitrose or around. I sometime buy some Macaroons and try a full selection of every different type. I find a few of them delicious but I do not appreciate the majority of the others. I prefer the Laduree ones that... More

I visited the new shop on Monmouth st, seven dials, Covent Garden. The staff on the day, clearly a French chap was so helpful and very knowledgeable about gluten/Ceoliac factor. Expensive but authentic, so worth it. I bought the assortment of 7 for £16. All delicious. Such a treat as you cannot get any supermarket macaroons without gluten. Bizarrely. I... More

Very good chocolate shop. Plenty of lovely and strange combination flavours. Not the cheapest chocolates but certainly quality. Loved it.

LOVE the macarons here and the chocolate and The Ceremonie tea. I explained I live in Singapore and we haven't got Pierre Herme here so whenever anyone I know goes to London I send them there to get me tea and chocolate! They gave me lots to try for my next stock up :)

best macarons I've ever had with progressive and sometimes challenging flavour combinations. they have more traditional sweet combinations as well for those who are less adventurous. we were offered a sample chocolate galette as well which was divine.

This is a review for Pierre Herme space at Selfridges. We bought the seven macaron box, a beautifully decorated package with 7 handpicked macarons whose quality and freshness was extremely variable. At 2.30 pounds a piece that is certainly inexcusable. The pistachio and passion fruit varieties were dry and tasteless, at odds with the rest and probably in store since... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
