Family of 8 went here tonight, we all had great crispy fried noodles and seafood, braised belly pork with rice, etc. The bill including chinese tea was a little over £8 a head, excluding the tip, so really great value! Very recommended.

Excellent fast friendly service. Yummy hot traditional Hong Kong Chinese dishes. Beautiful birthday cake as well. Always busy and tasty.

This is a typical Hong Kong Style cafe - usually serving customers with quick lunch and dinner. You will feel like eating back in Hong Kong. Their bakery is a must try, freshly bake cakes, buns, deserts all are very good. You can order fresh cream cake for special occasions. The roast meat - ducks and pork, as well as... More

Came here to eat after shopping in Wing Yip, which is where we shop for groceries regularly. It was empty when we arrived and there were about six waiters and waitresses hanging around and chatting loudly (more like gossiping!). So we were left to stand at the entrance awkwardly for a good few minutes, and when the staff realised they... More

We have been here a few times. The food is OK but the service is absolutely disgusting. The staff are so rude, lack of service. At one point when I was paying by card the waitress flicked my finger off the card machine because I didn't want to pay a service charge (which by the way is not included but... More

I've not been to the Reindeer cafe for just over a year when the food [eating in and take aways] was reliably good. Last night I bought three take aways. The food was disgusting and tasted stale as if we were eating left over scraps. Most of it was left uneaten. I'll never eat there gain!

great place to grab a few Hong Kong style cakes. We love the egg tarts, the pineapple buns and char siu buns. It is informal, but the food is usually good, or at least, good enough!

We went to this cafe yesterday. The welcoming was terrible and the service even worse. The waiters (most fo them to be fair) were rude and not polite at all. My friend ordered a soft drink, she brought a can and a straw, so he asked for a glass, she brought this glass, with stains inside that looked that was... More

Very typical Hong Kong cha chaan teng! So happy to have found this little gem in London for the taste of home. Tried their roast meat and curry beef brisket, best in London.

What an embarrassment! I brought a friend to Reindeer Cafe and the food she was served was sub-standard. There were four & a half soggy dumplings in her noodle soup and they promptly fell apart as she began to tuck in to her meal. What a rip off for £7.50! When we arrived, the waiters and waitresses avoided all eye... More
