Fantastic and entertaining service. Not too expensive mains but if you have sides the price adds up quickly. Very tasty food with interesting twists. Not very impressed by the drinks which are very expensive, but the food makes up for it!

Went to Wahaca with our children (6 & 8) and friends. We generally love Mexican food so we're keen to try this place while we were in London - as there isn't anything like it back home. We picked a variety of things from the street food menu (choosing things we'd never had before) and were impressed with everything we... More

This is a great Mexican food restaurant we chose from the street food menu where we chose 3 dishes each to share, the food comes out at different times and is a really enjoyable, sociable way of eating. the setting for this restaurant is also really cool as you can see into the kitchen. Great atmosphere and interiors. You could... More

We fancied a Mexican this night. We must have been lucky to have been seated straight away as the queue was building up behind us and some decided not to wait. We were helped with our selection and for a very reasonable price had a great taste experience. Not the best Mexican I'd been to but a lively fun place... More

Lovely time, excellent food. especially recommend the fish tacos. Lovely service, just had to sit close to other customers which spoiled the intimacy a little.

I visited this restaurant while in Covent Garden; had to wait to be seated and the restaurant is accessed below ground level via a flight of stairs. Although the food was tasty enough, I found the place a bit on the noisy side with waiters bustling around to seat people making the place a busy hive of activity, not quite... More

Having been before I was keen to show my friends this fab restaurant. We hadn't booked and arrived about 5pm on a Saturday evening and luckily was able to get a table for 9! We ordered around 18 dishes between us so that we could sample different types of food. One friend is gluten free and was catered for accordingly.... More

The original and still the best! As popular now as the day it opened, Wahaca Covent Garden collides the heat of the Mexican market with all the coolness of London's trendy West End, in an explosion of colour, texture and noise. Enjoy the funky music and lively surroundings in the bar while you wait to be seated.
