Been here once already and loved it. This time again I was able to appreciate three beautiful courses. The pork loin is wonderful, the duck egg tart wow - I can have this again, and the chocolate tart - so light yet so rich. Classic cooking, with so many elements on the plate, everything just perfect. Medlar is where you... More

Lovely cosy restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgable sommelier. The food was an exquisite combination of flavours, beautifully presented, could not be faulted. One suggestion - it would be even more of an experience if they explained what was on each plate. Highly recommended!

Very traditional French style food, as you would expect. The starters were amazingly tasty – we had lamb and pork. We both had the steak main course, and although it was all very well done, it was quite basic and not exciting. Perhaps the starters made expect more from the main course.

We enjoyed a terrific Saturday lunch here. What a way to spend a wonderful afternoon! The service was far from stuffy but impeccable and still very friendly. My daughter has multiple food allergies so we notified when making the reservation. We received a call within 12 hours to discuss what she could and could not eat. Not a problem at... More

We have been coming here very regularly for more than a year and are always impressed by the quality and taste of the food, the amazing wine recommendations and the impeccable service. We love to come here for the 3 course Sunday lunch which truly is a treat. One of my favourite starters is the "Crab raviolo with samphire, brown... More

We enjoyed a lovely dinner here with a large group of friends. Interesting and innovative combinations, excellent quality food! Loved the burrata and arancini, the chocolate tart with salted caramel ice-cream was delicious, but very heavy. Staff are very helpful, loved the talk by the sommelier on the wines. Hope to be back here soon!

The food and service were superb - would definitely be back for more. The under blade fillet was better then expected and the crab ravioli was fantastic.

Ate here on a Saturday night with friends. Place was absolutely full and lots of atmosphere. We had table in upstairs room by window, a good spot. Three course meal was £46, which given the quality of the food was very good value indeed. We all agreed that we would visit again. The most rated starters from our group of... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
