A small place, recommend to book, food is tasty but not enough of it. The hostess was lovely and welcoming, as for our waitress and waiter not so nice. Also when looking at the menu they put a 12.5% surcharge for tips, and also added is an extra £1 for their charity. I wouldn't go back purely because of the... More

Busy place and must book. Tapas style served by an authentic Spanish waiter. Food and drink prices for the location reasonable! Second visit for most of the party and we are a bit choosy. Nice food.

I had booked the restaurant for my daughter's birthday treat, as the reviews were so good. We were not disappointed. All the tapas were really delicious. Our favourite one was the fried courgette flower with cheese but everything was very tasty. The desserts were also very good.. I recommend it highly

Been here twice now. Great tapas, if your just popping in for a small bite and some wine try to get on the bar. The menu is good the wine is great and the service is excellent . Probably need to book as always busy. The egg in blackpudding is to die for ;-) . Going again soon .

This is the perfect eating place for a light meal after the theatre. It's open late so there's no sense of rush. The tapas size of portions means you can share or eat individual courses. Our meal (for 5) was padron peppers, habas fritas, boquerones, swordfish, iberico, pigeon, octopus and cheeks. Plus a lamb rump for the non-sharer. A really... More

In a converted pub, this cosy restaurant has an imaginative range of traditional and more modern tapas. Tables are close together downstairs and there is an option to sit at the bar. Service is efficient, friendly and quick and the food was all of high standard. A good jamon serrano platter, squid and prawns were accompanied by a good wine... More

A few olives, some crispy pigs ears, a Scotch egg Spanish-style all washed down with a decent bottle of beer was perfect for staving off hunger pangs before heading to the cinema. It's part of Salt Yard's mini empire, so you know you're going to get quality tapas and efficient service ( even if, at times, it can be a... More

We were recommended this tapas bar for pre show meal and not disappointed. We had a selection of tapas - all well presented.
