Great situation for walk in St James Park, then theatre in Haymarket. Pre-theatre dinner, booked and pre-paid on The Trainline. Friendly waitress, great food. Highly recommended.

Last time I was in central London for a meal I went to Bella Italia. This time, Prezzo. Both very disappointing. I made a decision after the latest experience not to go to another chain restaurant in central London. The standards are poor and no one has to do anything about it because there are too many visitors for sales... More

Went to Prezzo on Haymarket after a trip to the theatre Very busy but had pre-booked so quickly seated and choosing what to eat. A bit disappointing to have chosen the restaurant because of an online deal but then not being offered that choice of menu but overall the food was good Not rushed. Food was tasty and very hot.... Great post-cinema food experience. Had Ravioli with crab and lobster, it was tasty. The mrs had pizza tropicana. Carrot cheescake dessert was top notch. Great service from Natalia.

We visited this restaurant twice in January 2017, and before in October 2016, and on each occasion we have had prompt service and excellent food. It does get very busy due to it's location and so I recommend booking at peak times to avoid disappointment.

I visited with my two children (aged 6 and 3) today for lunch on our way to Buckingham Palace. My youngest was "starving hungry" as always and has no patience. They have a great kids menu and activities on it that kept them busy for long enough. I asked for the food to come as and when it was made.... More

We had two course meals with drinks, food was average and I have never had sweeter orange juice, couldn't drink it. Overall, really nothing special.

Service was very quick - was seated quickly and food arrived shortly after ordering it. Pasta dish was lovely - went for the penne arrabbiata. Staff seemed pleasant. The main reason I did not give it a higher rating was because the toilet facilities were not great. Not only do customers use these but also staff (who make and serve... More

Staying in St. James's

Neighbourhood Profile
St. James's
Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII, the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier destination for high end craft and bespoke design. Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s Park. With the brightly lit and constantly buzzing junction of Piccadilly Circus at its northeast corner and none of Central London too far away, this is an surprisingly central and accessible part of town, especially given its prosperous demeanor.
