Went for afternoon tea for two as a friend had given us a voucher. I've had several afternoon teas over the years and this ranks as the worst so far. If you like your afternoon tea on a Formica table with hardly a hair's breadth...More

We came at an hour when the café was relatively empty, so it's not like the waiters where overworked. We waited for ten minutes to be seated. After ten minutes of nobody noticing us, we left.

Tried a few of their cakes. Delicious. Many variety and we also tried their fruit tarts - all excellent. They do serve high tea too. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed thoroughly

Out in London today. Called into. We have the Barclays hot drink deal meaning we get a free hot drink every day. So far I've been disappointed with the dismissive attitude of all the staff at Patisserie Valerie across the country with his offer. As...More

It was great to lunch at the restaurant. Courteous staff and good meal. Reasonably priced and worth the time.

We dropped in here for a light lunch after visiting the RA. Lovely shared selection of finger rolls was perfect, quick, easy, classy-ish and out in 40 minutes. Bang on.

I am not sure this place is ran as a franchise or part of the chain but it certainly isn't as good as the others I visited. The cakes weren't tasty, my daughter's one was super dry. Service unfriendly and rushed. Not a nice atmosphere...More

This small patisserie was recommended to us by our concierge for a full breakfast. We were seated immediately. There were several business men using the Wi-Fi or meeting over breakfast. Service was a bit slow, but that is often the way it is in many...More

I won't take much time over this review, other than to say scones were ok, nice amount of cream, nice selection of jam. Thought staff abrupt and not very pleasant.

St. James's
Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII,
the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier
destination for high end craft and bespoke design.
Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which
indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the
establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during
a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s
Park. With the brightly lit and constantly buzzing

I only reviewed the café. I have no idea about reservations. I am pretty sure that you would be able to have a nice afternoon tea there.

I've only ever walked in. I don't know if they book. It can be busy at times but is fine for tea.
