I had lunch here this week with a couple of colleagues. We all had steaks and they were fine. The restaurant environment is ok but very noisy. The service was okay without being great. If you like steak then it's a place to go. There are plenty of restaurants to eat in the area that I am sure offer great... More

The seating is a bit too close for my tastes, and the restaurant a bit on the loud side, but what Hawksmoor lacks in ambiance, it more than makes up for in cuisine. My steak was cooked to perfection. The service was prompt as well. Quite enjoyable.

The steak was huge and tasted beautiful. Great place, interesting decor and cocktails. Only minor downside was that it was a bit loud. Service was perfect.

Lovely restaurant and delicious food. Steaks are perfectly cooked and the deserts are divine. Looks like a gentleman's restaurant where you drink whiskey with your friends. Great date night place.

We were here on a monday evening. Service was ok, helpful staff but regarding the meat... Well... Both the Sirloin and the Fillet was ordered medium and were extremely chewing. Perhaps it is about the source, but taking into account the price is a no goal.

Had an amazing meal, 5 of us on a girly Xmas night out. Food was excellent, best fillet steak I ever had but what made our visit absolutely unforgettable was our lovely waiter Henry. Perfectly knowledgable about menu, wine list etc and so friendly. I think he is an asset to this lovely restaurant. Thank you for a truly amazing... More

Went here last night for my wife's birthday. Entrance staff were excellent, getting us sorted and to our table very quickly. Upon being seated, in the bar area, we were approached for our drinks and the waiter, who was very good I must add, chose our cocktails for us. Drinks came out, first 1 was horrendously full of ginger, which... More

My favourite Hawksmoor in London - a great feel in the downstairs restaurant and a good bar for pre dinner drinks. Had the scallops and rib eye with some fries and macaroni cheese. All done well - steak was very good but could've done with a bit more going on flavour-wise. Definitely a good spot if want good steak and... More

Tables full, but they asked if we would like a table at the bar which was actually lovely. Fillet to die for! Great atmosphere, wine and cocktails. Attentive staff - all round excellence!

From start to finish our dining experience here was excellent. The cocktails we started with were very well constructed and every course was full of flavour and good portions. The fillet steak was the star of the show. The interior decor and the very friendly personable staff really just topped it off. Will be back!
