We went here for a birthday party and had the private room. It was £30 and £40 for standard or premium 3 course meals respectively. Overall we felt the food was overpriced and uninspiring, but the ambience and space was a redeeming factor. The room...More

Came here for a friend’s birthday on Friday night just before midnight. Had a few booths booked out - all table service with lovely staff that we had as a base for the rest of the night!

Really dark and much dingier than I was expecting! Staff were pretty unpleasant. Music was no where near the modern jazz style that you would hope for. Only upside was the good company we had. Ordered a table for 10 well in advance and we...More

Waited 20 mins to get served. Didnt bother with the food because the staff werent bothered we were there. Staff all chatting in the corner in groups rather than serving customers. Its only 5pm and the restaurant is only half full! Terrible service!

This place is really cool inside, I love the tiled walls and atmosphere. The food was really good too, the wings had the right about of heat and everything else was fresh. I think it's really good value for what you get too.

Description
Serving up hearty Texan BBQ and blues music, The Blues Kitchen brings a touch of southern soul to Camden High Street. Vintage music posters, mix and match grandma lamps, light fixtures made from tyres and sinking settee style booths, not to mention the knowledge that music icons including Gary Clark Jr, Seasick Steve and Billy Childish have played here, make The Blues Kitchen feel like its been here forever. With all American favourites, including the most epic burgers and buttermilk chicken on the menu The Blues Kitchen will have your stomach singing a more cheerful song.
