Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent food, service was fast and spot on. Easy to find, we sat outside on the patio it was quite lovely. Menu is huge! We had breakfast but all the options looked great.

I live 5 mins away from this cafe so have tried lots of the local places. This place is brilliant and food is lovely. My daughter loves the milkshakes and sausage sandwich, my choice is an English breakfast. Definitely worth a visit

This cafe has such a great and varied menu with so much choice. Food quality is great with big portions and fast service. Cheese omelette and the big fry up were delicious and worth every penny.

Good to see an old style traditional London cafe still going strong at Waterloo. Lovely little seating area outside. Lunchtime light and fluffy omelette and chips with a mug of tea was just great.

as a regular customer I would never write bad about this place. Since the pandemic and the help from the government for us all to eat out and get our 50% discount to help build the economy back to normal. You get places like here...scamming the customer. If you don't ask for the discount you won't get it. This is breaking the law and is scamming not only customer but the whole of UK who are suffering. This is terrible and i will never go back here again. I will also be reporting this to the local council. Called them back for the worker to say sorry but I'm just a worker. What a jokeMore

We popped in here on our way to the Imperial War Museum just for a coffee, we ended up having one of their fantastic breakfasts. How they manage everything from such a small place, is a work of art. Couldn't fault anything, and by looking...at all the other empty plates, nor could anybody else. We will certainly visit again when in the area. Oh, and it didnt cost an arm and leg either. Nice.More

This has been my favourite ‘greasy spoon’ for years but since the introduction of a 40p charge for a glass of tap water ... words fail me.
