Went here because it was very convenient and we were hungary. Didn't think too much of the choices or food. Also our cappuchinos were served lukewarm and had to be remade,

We attended a wine related event here wit my friends. Well, I had no problem with the service (or the taste of dishes) as I simply chose something and moved on fast. However, my friend has food allergy and she asked a few question which seemed to be not welcomed by the staff. The wine they served was nice, by... More

With all the chains around Regent Street it is a breath of fresh air as you enter La Bottega del Caffé. You are always greeted with a great, genuine smile. As I am Italian (and a regular) the team always talks to me in Italian, which is nice. Their coffee is great, the pastries delicious and their service is personal.... More

I have been there with friends for a quick lunch and I really enjoyed my experience. I had a focaccia that was nice and they didn't re hit the fresh tomato inside my focaccia. I really appreciate that I hate hot fresh tomato. I had a espresso at the end it was nice so who made that know how to... More

It's frustrating how poor the service in this place is. Nothing works, for weeks they had the POS for the card payments out of service but they would not tell until you get to pay. The guys at the counter are rude and they don't care about anyone and anything. There is only one girl that is actually nice and... More

Although the food is reasonably tasty, if you ask for it to be warmed, then it will be lukewarm at best. Furthermore, the staff are very slow, and seem to have no concept of queues, and which order to serve people in. Luckily, we went on a morning when it was not particularly busy, so were served before nightfall! The... More

I've been here a couple of times, just because of the convenience of the location. However, the food is not that great. You have to pay extra to have the sandwiches warmed. And anytime I've ordered the pizza its been burnt. Additionally, they at times have items on the menu, however when you order its never ready in time for... More

take away sandwich, £5 cold and £6 pound warmed. I think its ridiculous, never in 5 years around Westminster have been extracharged for a warmed up sandwich.

Stopped to pick up breakfast based on the way the place looked. The presentation of the cafe is really nice, decor has a sense of elegance and quality, displays looked inviting and it smelt good. I checked the coffee prices which were comparable with chains and bought a cappuccino and some pastries. They weren't busy when I went it but... More
