When We arrived the allocated table was next to the main door and therefore freezing cold. Three of us where squeezed into a table for two such that you could not get the sharing dishes and wine on the table. I asked politely to be...moved and was told in no uncertain fashion it was that table or leave !!!! The food as great but I will not go back and will be telling everyone of my awful experience . £550 and treated terribly in a cold wind tunnel !!!!More

I visited Brigadiers for lunch with a colleague and was absolutely delighted with the amazing experience. Wonderful reception, perfect service, Indian food unlike I have tried before. The decor and set up of the restaurant/bar was fantastic with individual dining rooms, section with snooker table,...central bar for drinks or dining, a place for everyone and every event. Looking forward to my next visit. Try the scallops, wonderful.More

I have been 4 times now and it really is all about when and where they sit you. Once you know that it is basically like playing the lottery and you will often lose (but food is amazing) you kind of get over it... or...at least we tend to, which is why we keep going back. 1st time i went 2/3 years ago, they parked us at the bar for half an hour despite the fact they had plenty (and I mean plenty) of empty tables. They always park you at the bar (which is crowded and has no seats , by the way) no matter what. It is their "we are going to make an extra £20 out of them kind of thing. Don't open a tab, they will keep your card !!! (p.s. to the manager, that is not how you open a tab..) The first time I complained and they did eventually sat me in the main bit which is the best bit and also gave us some freebies Fast-forward 2nd visit, same happens but this time didn't complain. 3rd visit, same again but they sat me on the "back" room which is quieter and also nice. I liked that too (after the bar wait bla bla bla charade), but the food wasn't great that night but anyway we decided to come back last visit last weekend, post pandemic. Usual charade, going to the bar, bla bla bla, not finding anywhere to sit, bla bla bla, then they sat us in the "bar area" at the front. Full of people watching wrestling drunk and shouting. I vowed never to set foot in this place again but food and service were exceptional this time. So I think we will go back but I might insist on being sat away from the bar. Try all their lamb and game dishes, they are insane. Also very good (overpriced) alcohol selection, if you can avoid pre mixed cocktails, they are decent but why going for them when you can get the barman to mix you something nice with good alcoholMore

A colleague recommended Brigadiers. Menu a bit tricky to work out how much to order between two couples. Waiter was helpful. Food was very tasty. Lamb chops were great - albeit pricey at £50!

Delicious food, very good service. Will definitely come again. Only thing I would say, is that the tables in the middle of the restaurant are way too close together; such that you are literally on top of the table next to you. Brushing past their...table full of food on it is not a nice experienceMore

A risky choice for 7 hours into a stag do, but the Pool Room private dining option was perfect. Self serve beers, Negronis, old fashioned and amazing finger food all went down a treat. The fact you can play your own music and have dedicated...staff make it that much better. I’ll be recommending Brigadiers to anyone who’ll listen - thanks to the team for making it a great evening and for putting up with us.More

I have visited three times and always had a great time. Food is delicious and staff attentive and knowledgeable. The menu is extensive and sometimes it’s too hard to choose, but our waiter Redwan recommended the perfect choices and amounts for our group and provided...great service!More
