Was not expecting to find this gem on a rainy Sunday morning in Peckham, but so glad we did. Lovely welcome (slightly loud music but our request to turn it down was met pleasantly), great service, and fabulous food!! Generous portions, well cooked. Not the first time we have been to this restaurant, both occasions have been lovely. Good food, we had halloumi burgers. The server was really friendly, a real credit to this restaurant. Will definitely be back

We went in with high hopes, but it was a dissapointment. My partner ordered pancakes, but after a few minutes of wait they came back and said that their pancake machine is broken. Then that they don't have beetroot for her juice. She ordered something...else from the menu, they came back a few minutes later saying that it is an item only served after noon. Her third order was a sandwich (turned out to be a burger) which was dry and lacked flavour. My veggie fry up was ok, although the poached egg was solid in the middle, and the tomato tasted like it was Fried on the same grill they fry meat on. E erything else was fine, but basic. For the price, it was quite disappointing, will not go back again.More

Was really excited about coming here, menu looks interesting, great location in Peckham Rye, but it was pretty average overall - which probably explains why there were only 2 other tables on a Saturday night. The sharing platter didn't feel particularly Brazillian, halloumi, chorizo, olives...and bread. Feijoada and chicken were bland and unseasoned, but the garlic prawns were good. I had the fish stew which was a very generous portion, but again, lacked flavour and seasoning, not enough chilli or herbs. My friend's ox cheek was beautifully tender but the gnocchi made it a rather strange and glutenous combination. The service was quick but lacked any warmth, it felt like they really weren't bothered whether we were there or not.More

The food is good here but unfortunately we found the waiters to be quite rude, hostile/ unwelcoming. There’s very little effort to give you a nice experience, they just seem concerned with getting you out as quickly as possible. It’s a shame because it seems...like a nice place (if a little over priced) but this really ruined the experience.More

TLDR - The restaurant was closed on arrival after making a booking with card details for a special Valentines Day menu... follow-up forms of contact ignored. No phone call to let me know that it wasn't going to open - despite taking my credit card...hostage presumably if I didn't turn up. Even if I was told you know... an hour before, at least I wouldn't be stuck with having to choose between KFC or McDonalds instead of a nice restaurant, which is clearly embarrassing if you're on a date! haha After composing myself I formed a response to the restaurant - which has been ignored a week later. Something strange is going on and I think it's just best to make plans somewhere that treats their customers with respect. It's clear Tupi Peckham isn't that place.More

Tasty and well presented brunch with plenty of options to choose from. Fruit smoothie was particularly good. The only negative was that a fried asked for extra bacon on his pancakes in replacement for the egg he didn't want but the request was declined. Would...recommend booking in advance as it was very busy on a mid Sunday morning.More

Ordered the chorizo hash to takeaway which was not a hash at all... a couple of boiled new potatoes smashed into an unbelievably oily serving of chorizo...very poor quality considering the price!

Small and moderately expensive place. Very busy on a Friday night - so noisy it was difficult to have a conversation. Had the polenta with truffled mushroom as a main and it was delicious. The tip is auto-added to the bill. The board outside says...it's 40% off food on Mon/Tue.More

Four of us had great food and wine in relaxing surroundings. Bottles of wine half price on Wednesdays!! We came away well satisfied with our evening and felt it was very good value. Do try it!!

Vegan options and great selection. Much more interesting than the standard breakfast options. We had the polenta truffled mushrooms and avocado on toast and it was so so delicious. Smoothies great too! Decor needs work but food makes up for it
