Once you look at the display windows of Princi it looks amazing with all the cakes in the windows. However, when you actually order your cakes, etc. they were quite dry and not as impressive.

Prince has long been one of my favourite local places with excellent food and friendly service. They have, however, changed from ordering eat-in food at the counter to ordering at the table, and this is proving chaotic. Last week I had to call the manager in order to pay having asked 3 waiter/waitresses for the bill, no-one seemed aware of... More

Me and my partner arrived on a Sunday evening, wasn't to busy looked nice and heard the food was lovely. So we go in and you either choose the menu option where you have you're own table or the buffet option. We chose the menu. We sat down ordered our drinks ( two waters and a bottle of wine )... More

We went straight there when we realised our show would have started in 30 mins, we ordered 2 slices of pizza and focaccia each, and all 4 were divine. I don't do particularly well with gluten , I am not celiac but I can't eat too much flour items without suffer some sort of digestive issues. However, princi's bready goodness... More

wonderful italian food with plenty of options ... a good choice if you don't have/wanna spend a lot of time in a classical sit-down/be served restaurant. However it is a bit dissorganized and it can be messy at peak hours if you go for the food to order option, but you can always opt out for the classical format and... More

This is a perfect place to have a fast and delicious meal any time of the day. You can either serve yourself or sit down and be served in the left part of the restaurant. A favourite place to sit if you are only one is by the windows overlooking the busy street.

Went on a Tuesday night. Queued for a table for about 10 minutes. The place was heaving. They have a self-service type thing on the right as you go in and table service on the left. Decent pasta (although other hald said Ragu was a little bland) and pizza and a vast selection of pastries, deserts and cakes. But, when... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
