It took ages for someone to take our order. When they did, they were very friendly. It took a bit too long for our order to arrive. The teas were very good but the cake we ordered was rather tasteless - the cocoa and pear cake. No actual taste of chocolate and not much pear either. We gave the waiter... More

Service was exceptionally slow, food arrived stone-cold, was sent back and after waiting 40 mins for the food to be re-made we ended up leaving. Really poor communication and bad attitude from the manager. This is a brand we like and there are much better branches elsewhere in London.

Love the menu at this chain! however probably better places to go in Chelsea! The service is diabolical, slow and understaffed, the eggs and avocado weren't fresh ! Shame ,the croissant's quite nice though 😟

I love the Le Pain chain, and the Chelsea one is very nice. They offer fabulous Vegan and veggie options and the service is usually quick.

Came here before catching the train to Paris. Delicious bakery options and very fresh. Also lots of nice vegan choices. Was a bit on the pricey side but good and fast service and delicious lunch.

Looks nice little restaurant but food was served cold and not delivered together on time. Service was friendly. Wouldn't come again.

It's a fantastic option for a breakfast or brunch, they make some really delicious dishes and the presentation of the plates is impressive, makes you feel hungry the moment you step in! The staff is very polite and helpful, it's quite a relaxed atmosphere, would definitely recommend to visit when in the area.

Previous reviews have said it all! It was not too busy at lunchtime today and service was fairly quick. My avocado on toast was tasty enough but my wife's salmon and eggs had obviously been sat under a sunlamp for a long time, the eggs were plasticky, cold and overcooked and we had to send them back. We saw at... More

I went to the Chelsea branch (Kings Road). Upon arrival, the staff were very unwelcoming. I Ordered soup which came out cold....i told the staff and they brought it back luke warm with no spoon, waited nearly 5 mins for a spoon which meant my soup was then cold again (this was not taken off the bill by the way).... Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
