These guys do one thing well - they make a great cup of coffee. It's not packed with hipsters, but just regular people from the area. Staff are super laid back.

Delicious coffee and a great place to sit for hours overlooking the market and watch the world go by. The staff are great and they don't rush you but let you sit for hours!

I visited this place on the 8th November 2016, and was disgusted to see 3 dogs sitting inside where people were eating and drinking. I also saw that one of these dogs had urinated where it was sat. Today I have reported this dirty place to the "environmental health" and they told me that this is definitely unacceptable and will... More

After trying all the cafes I could find in the Notting Hill/Westbourne Grove area, this was consistently the best coffee and best value I could enjoy. My flat white was well made by the different baristas and continually showed off the good grind through its pour. I also found that the baristas would welcome each customer warmly as they took... A nice strong cup of mochaccino and a tea. Carrot cake and coffee and walnut cake both nice and all for £8, reasonable enough.

Stopped by for a cup of coffee while visiting Portobello road. Only had the Americano which was tasty and well made. Not a fancy place but they seemed to know their coffee.

One of the worst experiences I've had with coffee in london. Apparently a flat white can be made with leftover milk from a large latte that another customer had ordered after you. Needless to say the coffee is more vile than the bin my cup was thrown in and the "batista's" had obviously never heard of either latte art or... More

The best place to have coffee in Notting hill, I agree with many reviews. Nevertheless, the atmosphere is not cosy, you wont feel that you want to sit here for a while. The place also didnt look clean to me. The selection in bakery is very very weak!

Sometimes go when I don't have time to make my own coffee at home. Staff are friendlier than a few years ago. Music is good But sometimes a little loud. The crowd outside is a typical Notting hill . But the coffee is very good ! Would like to see unsweetened almond milk instead of what they use now as... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
