Visited The Glassblower pub last night while shopping with my girlfriends. The atmosphere was lovely, food delicious and pub very cosy indeed full of festive decorations. We spend couple of hours chatting and listening to a good music! Highly recommended

Husband has visited on his own many times before so gave it a try. Sadly disappointed on two fronts. Choice of beer not great. Cheese and pickle sandwich was hugely more pickle than cheese. Very unimpressed. We did speak to the waitress but...

Me and three friends had some early evening drinks here. Good atmosphere. Not overly crowded and no pretentious types. Can't comment on the food or what the gents were like since I used neither. Managed to get some seats and there was a decent selection at the bar. Would visit again. Plus a great location being right in the heart... More

Well, this is going to be my Vine Street pub because, well, it's the closest pub that I can think of to Vine Street (which in reality is a back alley). As for the pub itself I quite liked it. Well, there wasn't anything hugely fantastic about it, but it was quite a nice, and cosy, pub nonetheless. Actually it... More

We only had a drink here. I looked at the menu & was going to eat but when my partner told me the state of the mens toilets it put me off, that & the rickety rocking table. Shame really.

We stopped here for our dinner on Sunday. I was looking forward to having the roast beef dinner, but although on the menu, they had none. I had the veal shank in shepherds pie and my partner the steak pie. It was good, service was friendly. My only complaint would be the state of the bathrooms, it is obvious no... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
