Friday evening visit in December, busy but not uncomfortably so. Spoilt for choice with the ales - meantimes own and also lots of bottled beers. Good food and good service, no complaints

We went at the pub in april with my friends from France. We enjoyed the large choice of beers and the garlic bread. The barman was nice and the atmosphere was cool. We loved it and are looking forward to go back !

We were about to walk past but called in for a drink and the menu look excellent. We enjoyed a sharing platter and would recommend it though the other meals looked very good. This is a pub that sells craft beer and it is worth trying a few beers.

We stayed in this neighborhood for a week and enjoyed two evenings in this pub. The service is friendly and professionnal. They have a good choice of beers and you can taste it before making your choice. It is also possible to have dinner with some kids.

Great pub for beer lovers with a massive selection of bottled beers, and Meantime beers on tap. Food is good too, decent burgers, very nice chips. Fish curry was particularly nice.

Now this is what a neighborhood restaurant is supposed to be - a place with good people, great food and even better beer. Their "Meantime" beers are first-rate - we had the Yakima Red and the London Pale Ale with our dinners and both were terrific. Travel the London Underground, get on the DLR and experience this hidden gem for... More

Lunch with my mates daughter & boyfriend (their choice). Nothing to rave about for me but equally nothing to moan about. The food was nicely prepared and drinks not badly priced for London. The staff were polite and friendly with good service and I liked the layout/style of the place. Very pleasant lunchtime but nothing to get too excited about... More

Visited for lunch on a Saturday as a party of 8 including a baby. The food was a really good standard for a pub, and the service was absolutely superb. Highly recommend.

Thank Tom E

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
