Booked Covent Garden Pizza Express for dinner after a super day sight-seeing. The staff were very welcoming and we were seated immediately even though we arrived before our booking time. Pizza Express never disappoints. The pizza are always tasty. We weren't rushed even though the restaurant was busy with pre-show diners. A very enjoyable visit.

This was a pre theatre choice. The Pizza Express chain is realiable in offering the same fare whichever location you visit. It was average. The service was great, staff really friendly and it was really busy, with queues after 5.45pm.

We were just passing and decided to pop in for a snack. Me and my partner were seated and our order was cooked and with us quickly. The pizza we shared was the best we have had in ages very fresh and tasty. Staff were very nice and friendly.

We often visit Pizza Express in various locations but this was so disappointing. We booked a table for 12.30 and our food was served at 1.40 which meant that we had to bolt our food to get to the performance at the Opera House in time. .

One of the best Pizza Express restaurants that we have been to, based on excellent service; in particular the head waiter/manager. He went out of his way to ensure that we did not miss out on offer to get free desserts and was genuine with his desire to give great service. Food was great too-delicious pizza and desserts. Perfect for... More

We went as a family for a late lunch. The restaurant is small and quite busy. We ordered a 3 course meal- all food came quickly. Our waitress was excellent, really really friendly and lovely! The pizzas are ok, kind of average. It is fine for a quick lunch but there are many restaurants in the area that do pizzas...!

We booked our table online and glad we did so. Our visit was to dine before visiting the New London Theatre which is 3 mins walk away. Our table for four was downstairs and we had plenty of room. The staff were very polite and attentive. We always enjoy eating at Pizza Express so our choice of food is personal... More

Had booked a table, as visiting before a theatre visit, but massive queue outside, and even when going past this, had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to talk to us, so we could say we had booked a table and arrived etc. Restaurant is big, but seems to have crammed in as many tables as possible so staff... Whenever we're near Covent Garden we always seek this restaurant out as it's got a great buzz and the service never disappoints. Today was no exception. Arriving at 5.30pm the 'busy family slot' there was a fair queue at the door. Greeted by the friendly smiling manager our name was taken and we were assured we would be seated soon.... More

Pizza Express branches are all much of a muchness but I had to review Bow Street as we've just had some of the best service I've experienced anywhere and in a very long time. If this branch is always as good as this then it's one to be very highly recommended. An absolute joy to have such a friendly, efficient... More
