It was very busy when my friend & I arrived. We were asked if we had a reservation which we didn't, but they had one free table for two. Considering how busy it was the service was excellent- the waitress was friendly but non intrusive, she got me a gluten free menu & ensured everything was gluten free for me.... More

Food was quite usual pizza and pasta, nothing special in it. But we appreciated fast, friendly and good service. Food came quickly. Try brownie for dessert, it was melting in mouth.

We ate here last night with our 2 year old. They have a nice staff, good service and the menu has a lot of choice. Also they have a special childrens menu with additional vegetables and that is a big plus! We hate restaurants that only have fries and chicken nuggets for kids.

The food here was well presented but the taste was like it had been microwaved. We only came because we had 40% off but we still managed to spend about £60! The service was great as we walked in but we were neglected throughout and I waited for the bill so long that I stood up to leave because someone... More

Had lunch here whilst the resturant was pratically empty. My mum and sister had bolognese and carbonara which they said was OK. I had the pesto ravioli which I wasn't keen on and came a bit cold. The service was slow considering there was 4 members of staff and only 6 people dining at the time we were in there.... More

I expected more from an Italian restaurant that has a nice atmosphere. Paid about £45 for two mains but in terms of food it wasn't any wonder...

Highly disappointing meal experience in a city filled with choices - a big mistake. Ordered off the Xmas menu 24,95 for glass of prosecco, a starter, a main entree, and dessert. I paid the 1,50 up charge for the split prawns in a spicy sauce with little soul breads. This was served with two of the breads - one of... More

Came here with a couple of friends. For a Zizzi it's below par which is a pity as it's the closest to my new house so won't be getting any extra business as there are plenty of lovely places near my house. My friend also got stuck in the toilets here (which are downstairs so nobody could hear her shouting)... More

At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Less than 5 minutes from the Notting Hill Gate tube station our Zizzi there is the home of our Executive Chef, Angelo. While he’s tinkering away in the kitchen, sit back and enjoy the buzzing atmosphere of Notting Hill Gate’s main street. After your meal you can pop on over to London’s famous Portobello Market and wander the streets where Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant fell fictionally in love during the 1999 rom com, Notting Hill. Drop by next time you’re in town and have some traditional Italian in the heart of London.
