Goya Pimlico is a delight: excellent and extensive menu and wine list, friendly and efficient service, delicious food and great ambience, open from noon to midnight. There is a tapas bar upstairs (also with tables outside) and a spacious and well-lit dining room below. The staff are nearly all Spanish or Portuguese and always anxious to please. The locality is... We went late at night for tapas and a cup of wine. The croquettes and the fabada were excellent. The traditional Spaniard tortilla was good too. For dessert we got the Crema Catalana and expresso coffee. Very attentive service and cozy atmosphere.

5 tapas between 2 was tasty, went early evening. Good service and fairly authentic but for British taste so more garlic and oil would have made it 100% real - not a criticism, would certainly go back again

Called in on our way back from Tate Britain. I've never really experienced Tapas before, but was guided through the menu by my son and the waiter. I have to say we really enjoyed the food and experience. Nice food and really competitive prices for London. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was acceptable - a nice vibe - but other than that, it was a disgusting experience. We tried a few of the wines by the glass and they were all undrinkable. Ordered 4 tapas (Patatas bravas, Artichokes, Fabada and Squid) The Squid and the Artichokes were severely overcooked and flavourless. The beans were disgusting. It's hard to mess... More

Food, atmosphere and space were all good. The manager/owner took care of us since we were there for a good 2.5-3 hours eating, drinking and talking. We ordered a lot of food, the paella valencia is good and so are the octopus, gambas, sardines and their sangria.

Very popular Spanish restaurant in Pimlico. Extremely pretty with friendly staff, jolly atmosphere and lots of delicious tapas. Attracts politicos and business types for lunch and more locals at the weekend. Also good for groups and you can sit outside in the summer. What's cooking? Squid in ink sauce.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present.
