The pub decor is nice and the people are friendly. We were a group of 7 for Sunday lunch. We had to order drinks and food at bar and only the food is delivered to the table. (drinks we waited for at bar) That is fair enough but we did then refuse to pay our £60 service charge. I had... More
Decided to have one for the road and went to Fentiman Arms. The place has very nice interior, very pleasing to the eye indeed. Nice garden as well. We didn't try the food, may be next time. The only thing I didn't like is the ladies toilet, it actually didn't suit the whole place, and the hand dryer is not... More
The Fentiman is located in the middle of a residential area and has a very old world feeling to it. It offers classic British fair, and serves beer and wine but no mixed drinks. If you come in before too late, it feels more like a restaurant and not like a bar. Food quality was excellent. Service was friendly enough,... More

Pub was really vibrant and packed downstairs but upstairs was calm and we got a table. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was really decent. We had sharing platter to start and then I went for sausage and mash and the Mrs went for pork belly . Both really good. Piping hot and tasty.

The appearance and decor is so pretty: quirky, with a "school room " vibe. Friendly staff and delicious food ( I highly recommend the triple-cooked truffle oil and rosemary chips) with decent portions.... More
Visited for dinner with group of friends. Was very busy as it was quiz night so food a little slow coming but was very good when it did arrive. Service both at table and the bar was fine. Liver was excellent.
Been here a couple of times now and the food really is not up to scratch based on the price and to match the great pub that is The mac and cheese was the blandest thing Ive ever eaten. The sausage and egg sandwich had an over cooked egg with no flavours and the bread was hard My friends enjoyed... More
