No access to toilets because lift doesn't go to 2nd floor where the toilets are. The ones on the ground floor are closed. No napkins or ketchup were provided, had to wait till surly staff provided it after waiting 10 minutes. Even one young member...off the staff admitted it was embarrassingly bad. Better McDonalds at the top end of Church Street.More

McDonald's is without doubt one of the big named fast food companies in the world.A global company with many outlets around the city centre'this one on Lord street is an excellent McDonald's and the biggest one in the city centre. This massive McDonald's has an...excellent upstairs seating area that give great views of the surrounding streets below but since the latest lockdown was lifted there is only takeaway service on offer until the 17th of May when indoor service is allowed. We visited here after visiting a few pubs in Mathew street and decided to have a meal from this McDonald's.On entry we gave all our track and trace details and we ordered a Big Mac meal which was a perfect meal to have as we were going to a few pubs in the city centre and only wanted something quick to eat. A decent McDonald's with tasty meals and very easy to find from Central train station turn left on Renelagh street then turn right onto Church street and walk along to Lord street a five minutes walk.(This is my first review of McDonald's on Lord street). Opening Hours. Monday-Sunday-Open 24 Hours. Hours May Differ From Above Due To The Covid 19 Restrictions. Nearest Bus Stop. Metquarter bus stop. Nearest Train Station. Central train station.More

Visiting some of the great pubs our city possesses on the 12th of April ( outside service only ) my twin brother Stephen and I thought it prudent to grab something quick, tasty and filling as we headed towards Mathew Street and dropped into this McDonald's...outlet along Lord Street. Masks on ,order took and processed very quickly, we took our meals to a secluded spot along Whitechapel and eagerly tucked into our burger meals. A double cheeseburger 🍔 and fries 🍟 never touched the sides, totally delicious, just what we needed, a quick and unpretentious burger meal which we both really enjoyed before we moved onto the pubs along Mathew Street. This McDonald's outlet is easy to locate along Lord Street, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the mood for a sneaky burger meal.More

September 2020,, I waited for two staff members to exit the lift (I am in a (powerchair), as I entered the lift the doors slammed intto my chair (no warning they were closing, no siren, etc). The left loft door caught onto my engagement ring,...trapping it hard against my finger, bruising, swelling and torn skin to my fingers. My engagement ring was badly damaged beyond repair and had to be cut off. McDonalds gave me thewre insurance number and contact, the insurance gave me another number in the Amber group, since September there has been no contact. AMBER INSURANCE today refused to give me a correspondence address, voicemail only, no return calls. I have left my contaCT number on at leadt six occasions, they also have my email address. IF YOU USE THE LIFT IN MCDONALDS E3SPECIALLY WITH SOMEONE WHO IS SLOW WALKING, WHEELING OR OTHERWISE BE EXTRA CAREFUL. MCDONALDS ON CONTACT WILL NO LONGER DEAL WITH ME, AMBER INSURANCE NO CONTACT THEREFORE THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO ARE INJURED IN THERE RESTAURANTS! BEWARE!More

Popped into here for some lunch. Track & trace at the entrance, order as per usual and told to take a seat upstairs for dine in. We mistakenly thought, as we were directed upstairs, there would be plenty of seating. Wrong! Had to walk around...and around, no tables, all occupied and a couple had been left but not cleared. Worried our food might arrive with nowhere to sit, luckily we got a table just as it did. Second problem, no napkins, no dips that we ordered with our meals, no straws for the drinks. Just little things that made the experience so bad. Wouldn't go back to this one.More

We went for breakfast menu today Lord st site Liverpool probably one of the first customers as it was just after 8:00am and unfortunately we were waiting for our ordered meal which is fine however we noticed it was left on side whilst awaiting a...sausage pattie your staff were arguing outwardly and a young girl was scratching her arms immediately touching our ordered food . a young man kept messing with his face mask whilst i appreciate they can be uncomfortable he then want onto patting the cheese into our sandwich with no hand washing / sanitising between , needless to say we didn't eat our breakfast as we were fully put off. is there not a ruling re blue gloves when handling food we were so disappointed in the service our meals of course cold and wasted .please alert your staff to this practiceMore
